An intensive one day/two days/three days workshop focused on experiential learning, where the delegates would be engaged in an activity, and made to look back at the activity critically, abstract some useful insight from the analysis, and relate the results to work.

The entire process would be reflective diagnostic, and focused on one hand, and challenging on the other, with lecturettes, and presentation conducted in between.
